Turn any timer into a reusable preset: name it, save it, and start it again with a single tap next time. Recently-used presets rise to the top. Save up to 3 presets free — an optional $0.99/year subscription unlocks unlimited saved presets.

Give any timer a label — “Take chicken out,” “Laundry done” — by typing or just speaking it, with a Voice Announcements toggle to choose whether it's spoken aloud at completion or used as a plain name.

Timers complete reliably even if the app is backgrounded or your phone is locked — with a chime and your label spoken aloud that plays right over silent mode, so it's heard when it matters. Keep your music or podcast playing the whole time — it's only briefly ducked for the few seconds your alert actually speaks. Backed up independently by both a scheduled notification and a system-level alarm.

If your alerts are routing to a Bluetooth speaker or headphones you might not be near, a banner lets you know — and a low-volume check gives you a heads-up if your device's volume is too low to hear the alert at all.
